# ItisPay

> ItisPay is a non-custodial software orchestration layer above an EU-licensed Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) and Payment Institution (PI) partner under MiCA. We give Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) a way to plug into licensed crypto-fiat rails in one week, without applying for their own MiCA CASP license (which takes 12–18 months and €125K–€150K+ in regulatory capital under MiCA Article 67).

We are not a CASP ourselves. We are the software layer above an EU-licensed CASP + Payment Institution partner. Clients integrate with us in one week, keep their existing brand, AML stack, and user base, while inheriting the partner's licensing for regulatory cover.
